  • ✔️ Once the customer completes the preliminary check, he will be required to download the application using the link shared.
  • ✔️ Now, ask the customer to start the application process.

  • ✔️ The customer will now see a new page where he will be required to click on ‘Lets get started.’

  • ✔️ Ask the customer to fill in the home address, residential status, marital status, and employment type.
  • ✔️ Now, ask the customer to add the salary they earn.
  • ✔️ Next, ask the customer to add the parent's name.
  • ✔️ Now, the screen showcasing the limit offered to your customer will be displayed.
  • ✔️ On the next page, ask the customer to check the features and accept the terms to continue.
  • ✔️ Now, ask the customer to add the name they want on the card.
  • ✔️ Here, the customer would be required to start the KYC process.
  • ✔️ To proceed, ask the customer to enter the OTP they received.
  • ✔️ The list of documents that will be required will now be displayed to your customer.
  • ✔️ It's time to move ahead with the VKYC.
  • ✔️ The agent will join the process now, and the customer will now be required to complete the VKYC process.

Rules to Follow
  • ✔️ Applicants must be 21 years of age or older to own a Scapia Credit Card.
  • ✔️ The minimum CIBIL score requirement is 730.
  • ✔️ The customer should be an NTB (new to the bank) customer to be eligible for this card.
  • ✔️ The customer should complete the entire signup process to get the card.
  • ✔️ If the customer is an existing Federal Bank customer, you will not be eligible for the payment.
  • ✔️ The customer has to apply for a Scapia Credit Card using your tracking link.
  • ✔️ Customer must complete the application on their device. If more than one customer uses the same device to apply, then no commission will be paid.
  • ✔️ The customer has to complete the application within 30 days of starting the application process.
  • ✔️ If you are not able to finish the card application process due to any reason, then you have to complete the process using the same link, or else the lead will be rejected.
  • ✔️ The customer's mobile number should be linked with the Aadhaar card.
  • ✔️ The customer must hold a credit card for at least three months.
  • ✔️ To be eligible for a payout, customers must activate the credit card.
  • ✔️ Your customer should make their first transaction within 30 days of card activation.
  • ✔️ If a customer, who is also an employee of a financial institution, applies for a product from the same institution, they may not be eligible for the payout.
  • ✔️ If any kind of fraud is suspected, your account will be deactivated, and earnings can be blocked.

2. I'm 20 years old. Can I apply for the Scapia Credit Card?
  • No, applicants must be 21 years of age or older to apply for the Scapia Credit Card.
3. Do I need to be a pre-existing bank customer to apply for this card?
  • No, in fact, the card is exclusively for NTB (new to bank) customers.
4. How long does it take to activate the card after completing the VKYC process?
  • Once the VKYC is approved, the customer will get a notification to activate the card by pairing the SIM. After pairing, the card can be used immediately.
